Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to the Data team, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team skills
Lead analytics efforts and projects independently, including defining scope and approach
Manage projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce data quality and governance, assess and implement new technologies, and monitor analytics solution performance for continuous improvement
Develop and maintain data models and products that support advanced analytics and reporting requirements
Uncover meaningful insights and deliver actionable business recommendations
Drive and develop new dashboards when new products are launched
Continuously optimise data processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability
Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps
Consolidate data accurately from various sources to conduct analysis and present findings and insights
In a team setting, add value to conversations to develop, construct, install, test, and maintain data architectures (databases, large-scale processing systems, and data pipelines) that support ETL and Data Visualisations processes
Write technical and release documentation including specifications, testing strategies, and performance benchmarks
Collaborate with leadership teams to understand data needs and define analytics requirements
Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes
