Responsibilities

Analyze data using SQL/Python/Alteryx to create summarized reports and provide insights
Develop Tableau dashboards for continuous monitoring of key business metrics
Establish a monitoring framework for business initiatives and alert stakeholders to issues
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support data-driven tax business decisions
Conduct risk assessments of new tax rules and calculate out-of-pocket expenses
Calculate breakage in GMV/Revenue due to tax law changes
Present analysis to stakeholders
Perform peer QC of codes and deliverables
Build close partnerships with business units to identify and explore impactful analytics and operational opportunities
Promote a self-serve analytics culture by educating partners on key reports, data, and interpretation best practices
Measure the performance of features and programs post-launch and report back to product and business teams
Maintain close collaboration with Customer Services, Legal, Product, and Finance teams
