Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business units such as sales and operations to support pricing operations and profit margin improvement proposals with data insights (Years 1-4)
  • Build predictive models for customer retention, fraud detection, failure and loss rate prediction, etc. (Years 1-4)
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data on contract sales, customer behavior, breakdown and loss rates, product performance, etc. (Years 1-4)
  • Create and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) (Years 1-4)
  • Ensure compliance with Japan's Personal Information Protection Act and internal policies (Years 1-4)
  • Mentor young analysts and contribute to building team best practices (Years 1-4)
  • Formulate and execute the strategic vision of the Data Analytics Office (Year 5+)
  • Manage and lead the Data Analytics Office (Year 5+)
  • Promote analysis projects from requirement definition to implementation of measures and effect measurement (Year 5+)
  • Collaborate with executives and IT to align data strategy with business goals (Year 5+)
  • Lead the establishment of data governance structure, infrastructure improvements, and internal data literacy enhancement (Year 5+)
