Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in Data Analysis
  • Proficient with SQL and/or Python, with proven experience working with large and complex data sets
  • Autonomous person with a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with statistical modeling & predictive analytics
  • Excellent verbal & written communication abilities
  • Experience building dashboards with Tableau
  • Experience in gaming industry or mobile marketing is a plus (especially with strong understanding of player behavior, monetization strategies, and acquisition funnels in mobile gaming)
  • Any personal or professional experience with machine learning will be valued

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and monitor data models & dashboards to track business metrics
  • Ability to define, execute, and communicate results of complex statistical models with minimal guidance, working cross-functionally with teams like product, growth and finance
  • Thoroughly document your results and offer onboarding and continuous training to help teams effectively utilize data and insights
  • Establish data quality processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our machine learning models
  • Promote data literacy within the organization and serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries and support
  • Guide less experienced analysts, set best practices, and help upskill the team through knowledge-sharing and coaching
  • Ability to translate data insights into high-level business strategies, proactively identifying opportunities to drive revenue and optimize costs
  • Work closely with the central data team to source additional data and enhance data management practices
