Requirements

  • Specialized industry knowledge and experience to analyze validity and quality of client data
  • Ability to provide client support via phone and email for eVestment’s proprietary investment manager database and analytic Software-as-a-Service applications
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions and regions, including with offshore partners
  • Passion for ensuring Omni clients’ data accuracy and seamless quarterly processing
  • Proactive mindset to improve daily business operations, understand workflow challenges, and find solutions
  • Interest in quantitative and/or qualitative client data and the insights it provides about asset managers
  • Comfortable interacting with clients professionally to problem-solve and recommend data improvements, without handling higher-level conversations
  • Ability to engage with clients efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Analyze validity and quality of client data across multiple databases in a timely manner
  • Provide client support via phone and emails for eVestment’s proprietary investment manager database and analytic Software-as-a-Service applications
  • Partner with offshore resources to ensure seamless client service
  • Work with Product & Development Teams to identify and correct platform issues/constraints affecting accurate and timely client data updates
  • Ensure clients realize the full value of their Nasdaq eVestment Omni subscription
  • Participate in ad hoc and recurring client meetings where relevant
  • Ensure team objectives are met for turnaround time and quality/accuracy measures
  • Assist clients with data-related inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses, and escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Support senior team members by preparing client materials and assisting with service delivery tasks
  • Continually improve processes to streamline service for external clients and internal functions
  • Collaborate with the eVestment Data Team to implement measures for highest possible data quality
  • Manage client cases using SalesForce Service Cloud
