Requirements

Experience or familiarity with credit-related areas such as lending strategy, credit policy, affordability, fraud, valuations, and pricing

Responsibilities

Lead optimization of credit strategy and decisioning for lending products, including deploying new risk scorecards and designing/implementing credit policy changes
Apply advanced statistical techniques to predict customer behavior or forecast future demand
Shape and enhance credit policy, collaborating with product and tech teams to deliver changes
Utilize open banking data or novel datasets to enhance credit strategy
Manage pricing and commercials on lending programs, making strategic recommendations to Product Directors
Analyze portfolio performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend strategy changes
Collaborate with the fraud team to stay updated on trends and explore enhancements to fraud strategy
Develop risk models, conduct hypothesis testing, and monitor portfolio trends to drive credit performance improvements
Influence strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities through analytical techniques
