Responsibilities

  • Get to know the marketing and executive team to understand their contributions to communications strategy
  • Own the media program: work with PR agency to pitch, brief, place, and measure coverage; maintain and grow reporter relationships
  • Drive announcements and momentum: coordinate press and communications for product launches, business momentum, customer narratives, and brand campaigns with on-point messaging
  • Become a market expert in litigation/investigations landscape, Everlaw’s position, and differentiators
  • Bring empathy for customers by understanding Everlaw’s software and segments to target communications
  • Develop communications strategy: collaborate with leadership and agency to build and execute external strategy, develop stories to elevate brand, increase share of voice, showcase momentum, and highlight initiatives
  • Generate strong coverage: execute strategy to secure top placements, win awards, and produce thought leadership blogs/by-lines
  • Guide social media: work with partners to amplify messaging, expand executive recognition, support employer branding/recruitment, and drive brand awareness
  • Protect the brand: engage with top-tier press to counter misinformation
