Requirements

  • University degree in life sciences
  • 5-6 years of experience in consulting in Market Access
  • Strong experience with global HTA and reimbursement processes
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English), interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Strong written, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and apply new knowledge
  • Effective team worker with time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for global clients in a client-facing role
  • Develop proposals for clients by designing efficient and effective projects using available data sources
  • Review and analyze client problems and assist in developing solutions and detailed documentation
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of global HTA and reimbursement
  • Design, structure, and ensure completion of presentations to clients
  • Develop and present client deliverables
  • Work with junior team members to support their tasks and development
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as thought leadership and development/execution of training
  • Proactively develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through deliverables and learning opportunities
  • Lead small teams or work streams on projects of varying complexity
