Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
5-8 years of related experience in consulting and/or the life sciences industry
Solid project management skills
Client influencing and relationship building skills
Ability to work effectively with others
Experience developing consultative relationships with senior managers and executives
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life science industry
Knowledge of Oncology and/or Hematology Therapeutic Area/markets

Responsibilities

Review and analyze client requirements or problems and develop cost-effective solutions
Provide direction and guidance to Analysts, Consultants, and Statistical Services
Develop detailed documentation and specifications
Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to identify client issues and develop solutions
Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations
Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems
Identify new business opportunities and leads
Provide follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Proactively develop broader knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market
Manage project timelines and communication with clients and team members (when acting as Project Manager)
