Requirements

5+ years of related compensation experience in a global technology environment as a subject matter expert on compensation fundamentals
Deep knowledge of compensation practices, including experience with RSUs, stock options, and performance equity plans
Expert-level quantitative and statistical modeling skills with ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Team player able to work collaboratively, cross-functionally, and globally in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to design, build, and deploy data models and analytical tools to automate and improve compensation processes
Demonstrated programming fluency in SQL and Python (or R) to query large datasets and build custom analytical tools
Expert-level proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., array formulas, Power Query)
Strong experience with Workday (or similar global HRIS) for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
Strong interest in Pay Equity and Pay Transparency initiatives

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support compensation program design, recommendations, and decision making
Lead market benchmarking efforts to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness, refining job architecture and pay ranges to support business objectives
Manage the execution of global planning cycles, focusing on data integrity, reporting, and process optimization
Partner with the Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes and provide market intelligence and insights
Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to drive informed decision-making
Participate in special compensation projects as needed
