Compensation Details

Cash Compensation:

  • United States (USD):
    • Zone A: $115,000 - $155,000
    • Zone B: $108,000 - $146,000
    • Zone C: $101,000 - $137,000
  • Canada (CAD - ON & BC): $102,000 - $138,000

Bonus Eligibility: This role is eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program, with target amounts varying by career level and payouts based on company performance.

Reporting: Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will deepen your expertise in compensation while supporting core programs essential to Webflow’s growth. You will partner with key stakeholders across People, Finance, and Talent to:

  • Analyze data and administer compensation cycles.
  • Build tools and documentation to enable equitable and scalable pay decisions.
  • Drive high-impact analyses and contribute to global equity and pay policy design.
  • Help implement new tools like Workday Compensation Planning.
  • Refresh compensation structures and support the evolution of our global job architecture.

Key Duties Include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of annual and mid-year compensation cycles by owning workstreams.
  • Conducting detailed compensation analyses and job pricing using Pave, Radford, and Mercer market data.
  • Preparing and submitting annual compensation and equity benchmarking surveys.
  • Collaborating on the implementation and maintenance of Workday Advanced Compensation and job architecture.
  • Drafting and refining compensation documentation, tools, and pay policy guidance.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on compensation-related issues such as re-organizations, retention strategies, and job reviews.
