The position requires the ability to access U.S. export-controlled technologies and sensitive government data. Applicants should be flexible with schedule changes and able to work a 2nd/swing shift, with a starting time between 3-5 pm PT, and regular US daytime hours during the ramp-up period.
As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will provide technical guidance and expert advice to customers regarding their use of Snowflake Data Warehouse. You will serve as the voice of the customer to Snowflake’s product and engineering teams for feedback and improvements. Additionally, you will build knowledge within the team, participate in strategic initiatives for process improvements, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer continuity and performance.
