Requirements

8+ years of experience as a cloud engineer or a similar role
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Istio, Helm, and Crossplane
Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana Stack)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Experience with GitOps-based continuous delivery of applications
Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and cloud infrastructure management

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of Postman's cloud services
Utilize Kubernetes to orchestrate and automate the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications
Collaborate with development teams to optimize Kubernetes configurations for diverse workloads
Leverage ArgoCD for GitOps-based continuous delivery of applications
Utilize Helm for packaging, versioning, and deploying applications
Implement and extend Crossplane for managing cloud infrastructure resources in a multi-cloud environment
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration with Postman's architecture
Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions for cloud-based applications
Work closely with the DevOps team to enhance observability and troubleshoot issues effectively
Maintain version-controlled infrastructure code for repeatability and scalability
Ensure security best practices for cloud infrastructure
Enforce compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and procedures
