Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; comparable experience may be substituted
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organization
  • Previous experience in Salesforce, or similar CRM for case management (preferred)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in financial services (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with portfolio analysis, asset flows, and regression-based modeling, handling both basic support and complex analysis for investment consultants, asset managers, and asset owners
  • Review and analyze institutional investment manager data submitted and distributed via the company’s website
  • Create and maintain user guides, lead ad-hoc client training sessions, and support new client implementations using various technologies
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to meet service expectations, act as a technical liaison to resolve issues, and ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met
  • Assist with ongoing client service initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to implement system enhancements
  • Serve as a resource for complex technical issues and advanced client inquiries, supporting junior analysts
  • Lead onboarding and development of new hires and junior analysts
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to improve internal processes and client experiences
  • Lead team and company-wide projects related to client service initiatives
  • Promote Nasdaq products to generate revenue from vendors and subscribers
