Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; comparable experience may be substituted
At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organization
Previous experience in Salesforce, or similar CRM for case management (preferred)
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
Experience in financial services (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with portfolio analysis, asset flows, and regression-based modeling, handling both basic support and complex analysis for investment consultants, asset managers, and asset owners
Review and analyze institutional investment manager data submitted and distributed via the company’s website
Create and maintain user guides, lead ad-hoc client training sessions, and support new client implementations using various technologies
Build and nurture strong client relationships to meet service expectations, act as a technical liaison to resolve issues, and ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met
Assist with ongoing client service initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to implement system enhancements
Serve as a resource for complex technical issues and advanced client inquiries, supporting junior analysts
Lead onboarding and development of new hires and junior analysts
Contribute ideas and solutions to improve internal processes and client experiences
Lead team and company-wide projects related to client service initiatives
Promote Nasdaq products to generate revenue from vendors and subscribers
