Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of previous work experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with advisors and clients
  • Experience with custodial and wealth management platforms and CRM systems
  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Team player, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key relationship manager for Farther advisors and clients by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Assist clients with account opening, transfers, and other ongoing tasks – while also acting as a liaison with our custodians to confirm completion of requests
  • Monitor client accounts and proactively address issues as they arise
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience function and work with the Product and Engineering teams and other team members to implement changes
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with Farther’s advisors, custodians, and third-party vendors to ensure client satisfaction
