Job Description: Change Management Lead

Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change strategies for cloud technology implementations, including stakeholder assessments, communication planning, training enablement, and change impact analysis.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement, providing consultative support and surfacing risks early.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and program managers to align change management plans with technical milestones and delivery.
  • Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and enablement sessions.
  • Design and deliver high-quality communication materials, job aids, and adoption resources tailored to user personas and needs.
  • Champion a people-first approach to transformation, supporting resistance management and reinforcing long-term adoption plans.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, assets, and playbooks as we continue to grow our practice.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Change Management, including leading workstreams independently.
  • Experience supporting technology implementations (preferably cloud platforms like Google Workspace, GCP, or SaaS solutions).
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, communication planning, and training facilitation.
  • Comfortable operating in agile environments and collaborating closely with technical teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Workspace or GCP.
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
  • Experience working in or with Enterprise environments.
