Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience
5–8+ years as a business analyst, with progressive responsibility in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; able to break down complex problems into structured, achievable steps
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in explaining technical or process concepts to non-technical audiences
Skilled in facilitating discussions, balancing competing priorities, and building consensus across business and technical teams
Experienced in creating effective requirements documentation, process flows, and other artifacts with attention to detail and clarity
Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing contexts without constant direction
Proficiency with requirements and visualization tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Sheets, Slides, etc)

Responsibilities

Work with Business and Legal Affairs program management to understand privacy, consent, and regulatory priorities, then generate and document detailed technical requirements for implementation
Translate expertise from others into actionable work, understanding essential components (no prior privacy/consent/regulatory expertise required)
Work with program management to create and maintain engineering and delivery roadmaps, providing knowledge to ensure alignment with value
Work with program/project management to identify risks associated with various initiatives
Apply critical thinking focused on North Star success criteria, adjusting processes where it makes sense
Build and nurture relationships across the organization to solve problems effectively
