Responsibilities
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop and manage territory with a high-activity comprehensive business plan
Generate new leads through prospecting activities
Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota
Team with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Stay abreast of competitive landscape to position Comcast Business Services effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive Comcast experience
Own the customer experience, participate in Net Promoter System, drive results, and work as a team per Operating Principles
