Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or product design, supported by a portfolio showcasing expertise in digital brand systems, storytelling, and interactive design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Generative AI toolsets is required, with familiarity in motion/prototyping tools being a plus. Experience designing across product, email, and social channels is necessary, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with engineering. A strong eye for detail, accessibility, and localization in global contexts is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Brand Designer will concept and design branded experiences to celebrate user achievements and milestones, creating engaging and shareable design systems across web, app, and social surfaces. They will elevate in-product and lifecycle touchpoints to be playful, polished, and on-brand, exploring new ways to visualize customer impact and value through design. This role involves collaborating with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to bring ideas to market, ensuring all work is scalable, accessible, and globally resonant.
