Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, psychology, public health, or a related field, and a preferred master’s degree in public health or a related field. A minimum of seven years of work experience is required, including specific experience in behavioral health services, policy, and programming, and experience working on multiple project efforts simultaneously. Strong research and analytical skills are also necessary, along with excellent writing skills and the ability to deliver complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

The Senior Behavioral Health Research and Technical Assistance Analyst will lead the development of curriculum and training materials, deliver trainings for behavioral health workforce, design and lead behavioral health research activities including surveys, interviews, and site visits, provide project management support including tracking budgets and client progress reports, keep skills and knowledge up to date through professional development, support proposal efforts, and manage project resources. They will also be responsible for conducting evaluations, implementation support, and technical assistance to federal and state agencies.
