Responsibilities

Integrate and extend Twilio APIs for call routing, IVR flows, telephony, and automation
Configure, maintain, and optimise Google CCAI (voicebots, chatbots, transcription, NLP/intent models)
Build and maintain microservices and APIs that connect to internal M&S systems (payments, order management, refunds, loyalty)
Design and implement scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant backend services
Improve system reliability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability
Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Frontend teams on end-to-end workflows
Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions, and best practices
