Experience working on a SaaS platform, dealing with distributed systems problems (e.g., scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA)

Responsibilities

Coding new features, enhancing operational experience of systems, and iteratively improving based on production insights
Authoring, contributing to, and reviewing design documents
Taking an active role in shaping the roadmap
Mentoring and supporting team members; collaborating with teams across the organization
Owning customer experience by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations
