Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in backend software engineering. Deep expertise in multiple technical domains, including Node.js, React, Javascript/Typescript, MongoDB, GraphQL, Apollo, and Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, Lambdas) is required. Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing, and implementing scalable multi-tenant services and APIs is essential. Strong skills in building and maintaining unit and integration tests, as well as producing high-quality, maintainable code, are also necessary.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable multi-tenant services, features, and APIs. You will contribute to building and executing on functional strategy, lead projects that directly contribute to team and engineering organization deliverables, and produce maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining unit and integration tests, and authoring technical documentation.
