Requirements

6+ years of experience in a software engineering environment
Fluent English communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright OR Java and Appium for automated testing. Ideally, experience with both web and mobile testing
Proven experience working in corporate/retail environments with a focus on eCommerce, collaborating with technology and business teams to optimize customer and end-user experiences
Proven experience working with onshore and offshore teams and leveraging asynchronous communication to deliver at pace
Strong QA skills with hands-on experience in executing and improving product quality through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to drive end-to-end test strategies, taking complete responsibility for enhancing test coverage and product quality
Proven track record of implementing test frameworks and managing environments
Ability to design, articulate, and execute functional, regression, and performance tests with a focus on expanding end-to-end test coverage
Experience with various software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)
Strong reporting and analytical skills with familiarity in using monitoring tools to identify and address bottlenecks
Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with the ability to raise and discuss both challenges and suggestions
