As an Automation QA Engineer at Acronis Cybersecurity, you will fortify our MSP cyber protection solutions. You will develop and execute E2E, Component, Acceptance, and Regression autotests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to automation frameworks, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Communicate with product managers, developers, and analysts to understand business and technical requirements.
• Review and understand the product and all of its requirements.
• Design test suites and cases.
• Develop automation tests for Windows/Linux/Mac.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on automation code to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Execute and maintain regression test suites to validate the stability of software releases.
• Analyze test automation results.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results, ensuring clear communication of testing activities.
• Collect comprehensive and relevant data for bug investigation.
• Analyze customers' issues, investigate root causes, and participate in technical discussions with R&D teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an AQA Python Engineer.
• Confident skills in basic Windows/Linux/Mac system operations, including software installation, network configuration, and general troubleshooting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex logical problems.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies, and techniques.
