Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in automation solutions, with a preference for professional certifications on RPA software packages, 3+ years of Python experience, and experience leveraging Cloud Frameworks, particularly Azure. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Experience in a start-up environment and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects in Agile or Scrum-based methodologies are also desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Automation Engineer will develop and refine automation solutions primarily through direct Python development, collaborating with cross-functional teams including AI/ML experts to create robust and efficient automation solutions. They will design and build advanced automations and reusable components, engage directly with clients to understand their needs, continuously learn and apply new technologies, including AI/LLM/GPT, and mentor junior developers. Additionally, they will monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance.
