Candidates should possess 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience, is required. A problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to explain information simply are essential. Experience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools, as well as familiarity with SaaS like Salesforce, are considered a plus.
The Senior Associate will oversee the delivery of service to Angi customers and pros, assisting with data analysis and reporting, budgeting, business forecasting, and financial modeling to improve end-to-end experience. They will build reports and presentations for business decisions, optimize Care technology and tools to meet KPIs, and leverage the cost structure to maximize experience within financial constraints. This role involves executing the yearly budgeting process, aligning with Finance on forecasts and reconciliations, evaluating and improving financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms, and building Excel models to optimize cost, wait times, and support hiring and skilling decisions.
