About the Team

The Care Operations team is a center of excellence focused on managing all workforce management needs across business lines that support customers and professionals, such as Pro Support and Homeowner Support. This team ensures efficient and seamless service delivery by overseeing a global network of Business Process Optimization (BPO) agents. They also act as a liaison between operational business lines and the finance organization, ensuring accuracy in operational expenditures, resource allocation, and providing essential insights for our distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Build reports and presentations to support critical business decisions related to inbound and outbound forecasting and cost.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Care technology and tools to optimize investments and ensure they enable the Care organization to meet KPIs.
  • Leverage the Care cost structure and allocation methods to maximize the Care experience within financial constraints.
  • Execute the yearly budgeting process and ensure alignment with the Finance organization on forecasting and actual reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Continuously evaluate current financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms, propose changes, and implement best practices.
  • Build and maintain Excel models that optimize cost, wait times, and other critical metrics, enabling hiring and skilling decisions across all Angi Customer and Pro support lines.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience.
  • Problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to learn and take ownership of complex projects.
  • Ability to explain information clearly and simply to various audiences.
  • Interest in working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven by data and analytics to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Experience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
