Responsibilities

  • Own, define, and drive the future of Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) mobile agenda to elevate small business experience
  • Develop deep understanding of small business owners' and employees' mobile behaviors, needs, and pain points through customer discovery and quantitative data
  • Transform insights into compelling, discovery-informed mobile experience roadmap solving real business problems
  • Build clear product strategy to execute against key business outcomes; manage entire product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with partners across Product, Tech, Design, and Business to deliver tangible, measurable value to customers and enterprise
  • Work closely with high-performing engineering team to prioritize, refine, and execute mobile intent across iOS and Android
  • Leverage emerging mobile technologies to develop secure and innovative mobile experiences
  • Solve challenging problems with cross-discipline team, balancing tradeoffs between customer experience, business impact, speed to market, and risk
  • Champion product strategy and roadmap to senior stakeholders; influence product teams across organization for complementary and cohesive mobile experiences
