Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • Technical understanding and experience with Generative and Agentic AI (preferred)
  • Experience aligning a large group of cross-functional stakeholders toward solutions (preferred)
  • Ability to make critical tradeoffs and communicate recommendations (preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience with developing solutions centered around language research, NLP methods, Generative AI, and designing AI agents (ideal)
  • Deep technical understanding of the rapidly developing state of language models (ideal)

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to use Generative AI and Agentic AI to transform how customer calls are handled in the Fraud and Servicing organization
  • Work with a large cross-functional team from research to proposing solutions and delivering
  • Align a large group of stakeholders and advocate for next-generation AI solutions with senior leaders
  • Work deeply with customers, associates, designers, technologists, and AI applied researchers to build cutting-edge solutions
  • Innovate relentlessly by asking bold questions, starting small, testing, and learning to achieve dramatic improvements
  • Share recommendations openly with stakeholders and leaders
  • Solve the right problems strategically while avoiding the wrong ones
