Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science or Data Science, and demonstrated experience in applying advanced software engineering skills within Data Science platforms. Proven experience with MLOps tools such as AWS SageMaker, MLFlow, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch is required, alongside hands-on expertise in CI/CD utilizing tools like Terraform/CloudFormation, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, and Helm Charts. Strong knowledge of Data Lakes and Data Pipelines, utilizing Python, Apache Spark, Lambda, Step Functions, SQL, and Glue ETL in AWS, is also necessary. Programming proficiency in Python, along with CLI/SDK/CDK skills, is essential, and relevant AWS certifications related to ML/Data are preferred.
Responsibilities
The Senior Associate, MLOps Engineer will be responsible for the design, creation, management, and business use of large datasets across various Data/ML platforms, applying DevOps skills for AI/ML application development within the healthcare sector. They will monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies. This role involves balancing development and research work on latest trends, particularly in GenAI Ops, and solving real-world problems in the medical device industry.
