Responsibilities

As a Communications and Enablement team member, the Senior Associate will manage and execute high-impact initiatives to ensure smooth internal communication, clear reporting, and effective change management. They will develop training content and curriculums for Fund Administration employees, partnering with Product and Fund Administration teams to translate complex AI features into accessible enablement materials. The role involves acting as the enablement lead for AI-related product initiatives, creating scalable and personalized content, and continuously gathering feedback to improve content effectiveness. They will also leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and maintain a dynamic content repository.
