Requirements

  • Design-led creative thinker who can bring ideas to life with expert flair
  • Strategically minded creative who leverages cultural insights, data, and strategy for ideation
  • Ability to ideate individually and in teams to create culturally relevant, award-winning work
  • Mastery of leading creative campaigns from concept to delivery, including strategy, art-direction, design, experience, and execution
  • Ability to take ideas from ‘page to screen’ for art-based creative solutions
  • Ability to design eye-catching creative presentations that excite and convert brand partners
  • Understanding of user interaction and engagement in digital and real-world experiences to drive fans through the purchase funnel
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and more) with advanced design skills
  • Creation and design of high-standard pitch presentations via Keynote, Canva or similar
  • High-level understanding of design fundamentals: layouts, typography, photo manipulation; illustration skills a bonus
  • Ability to articulate design-led solutions with mock-ups, sketches, and moodboards to expert level
  • Ability to edit audio-visual work for brand campaigns
  • Experience working with external production partners in visual and experiential formats
  • Basic copywriting skills for presentations and brand campaigns
  • Ability to work with data and insights teams to drive creative strategies
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar
  • Highly skilled and confident communicator and presenter
  • Passion for music, innovation, design, culture, and award-winning creative work
  • AWARD School or D&AD alumni preferred
