Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- SAP experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English (minimum B2)
Responsibilities
- Input of purchase invoices and expense notes
- Follow up on timely payment of suppliers
- Assure completeness of costs during the closing
- Review of incoming invoices regarding legal requirements and forwarding via electronic workflow for approval
- Month-end FX valuation of vendors/customers
- Ensure SOX compliance for responsible area
- Account clarification and reconciliation as well as master data maintenance in ERP
- Processing and recording of travel expense reports and credit card statements in compliance with legal and company regulations
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, energy efficiency, and safety at work standards, policies, and practices
