Requirements

Expertise in DBT as primary data modeling tool
Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and building robust data foundations
Experience with thorough analysis phases, upfront technical designs, and smart slicing
Ability to handle end-to-end projects spanning a full month (discovery, modeling, technical debt, delivery, impact management)
Comfortable collaborating across multiple locations and time zones (Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Belgrade)
Willingness to experiment with AI tools and adopt them in daily work

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality data models for the Business Analytics team, ensuring they are trustworthy, discoverable, and actively used
Provide consulting and best practices guidance to data analysts on data modeling needs and business requirements
Scale data modeling capabilities and reduce technical debt within data models to improve quality and scalability of data infrastructure
Collaborate daily with data analysts and participate in weekly team meetings to align on priorities and share best practices
Work on strategic projects supporting acquisition, attribution, and marketing analytics
Participate in daily stand-ups with Analytics Engineering and Business Analytics teams
