Extensive experience working with data analytics
Advanced knowledge of SQL and ability to write performant SQL
Strong data visualisation skills and ability to tell data stories using BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Looker)
Excellent communication skills to summarise complex technical issues and present simply to non-technical audiences
Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and prioritise work accordingly
Self-starter who takes initiative in spotting opportunities and solving problems
Some experience using Python, Git, dbt, Looker, Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery is a plus

Responsibilities

Enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions by surfacing critical data from various sources in the self-service analytics platform
Own end-to-end creation of data products by designing/implementing ELT jobs and building reporting
Ensure quality, performance, and scalability of the self-service analytics platform
Write high-quality code, implement tests, and automate processes where possible
Act as a trusted partner to diverse stakeholders (e.g., Product Managers, Commercial/Operational Analysts, Customer Success/Sales Managers) and propose/implement bespoke analytics solutions for their business/technical challenges
Help and educate diverse data users on utilising Onfido’s tools and data assets to enable self-serve analytics
