Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and ideally have 5+ years of experience in transfer agency registration or a related area. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive data are essential, along with a solid understanding of data protection regulations and compliance procedures.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for receiving and scanning original documentation, ensuring adherence to data protection requirements, coordinating investor mailings, arranging archiving or destruction of documentation, and performing quality checks and assurance. They will also support junior team members, identify optimization opportunities, manage workflow queues, maintain procedures, and collaborate with internal departments and group projects on allocated projects, while providing day-to-day oversight for India partners and complying with regulatory requirements.
