Requirements

2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Supply Chain management or Accounting/Finance
BS in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or other technical/mathematical field
MBA with quantitative background or other Advanced Degree (preferred but not required)
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Experience with an Advanced Planning System such as Kinaxis, O9, PTC, GAINSystems, DemandCast, JDA, SAS, etc
Active listener with strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills to probe, analyze, and solve detailed problems
Ability to manage time, be self-directed, and assist others
Ability to build and maintain relationships with teammates and key stakeholders
Detailed understanding of products and services offered
Adaptable to change and able to support others through change
Contributing team member who leverages relationships, provides peer feedback/coaching, inspires peers, and acts with accountability and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

Upload, create, and maintain planning and forecasting data
Conduct comprehensive review and update of supply plan in support of CPFR and other sourcing efforts for multiple clients
Deliver detailed analysis of supply plans, identifying and articulating change justification
Ensure appropriate safety stock levels are maintained to avoid stock outs without risking E&O exposure
Devise plans and develop, maintain, and improve best-in-class performance in forecasting, inventory levels, and service levels
Build and maintain relationships with external clients; lead CPFR and other sourcing discussions
Lead and influence in a highly matrixed environment with interaction across Procurement, Supplier Management, Client Services, Risk Management, Finance, and Operations
Devise Supply Chain Planning strategy and collaborate with Procurement and Finance on long-term and short-term plans, reporting, to optimize equipment costs while maintaining customer experience (like-for-like, fill rate, etc.)
Build and maintain communication channels among operational groups within the supply chain through information sharing, thought leadership, tactical and strategic planning
Deliver analysis and data on supply chain performance (for planning and procurement – inventory levels, equipment costs, etc.)
Assist in the implementation, data management, development, and operation of Advanced Planning System
Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
