A Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance or economics), Master's or CFA desirable, and 2-5 years of relevant experience in Structured Finance (CLO, ABS, MBS) or related financial services roles are required.
The role is part of the U.S. Structured Credit - CLO team within the broader Structured Finance Group at S&P Global Ratings, which assigns and monitors credit ratings for securitizations backed by corporate loans.
Strong candidates have strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with cash flow modeling; excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills; project management abilities; and are diligent, intellectually curious self-starters with strong interpersonal skills.
