Requirements

3-5 years of relevant work experience in credit analysis research
Experience working in commercial banks, investment banks, investment institutions/asset management companies, insurance companies, rating agencies, or accounting firms
Strong financial and credit risk analysis capabilities
Knowledge reserves in financial accounting, due diligence, credit assessment, etc
Ability to conduct comprehensive credit analysis under the guidance of senior analysts
Ability to independently complete rating projects, credit assessments, and other analysis work
Familiarity and accurate application of S&P credit rating methodologies and models; participate in methodology development and improvement when necessary
Ability to prepare reports, financial modeling, capital assessment, cash flow models, etc., for credit rating committee meetings, and analyze complex, unconventional raw information logically and in-depth
Active participation in credit rating committee discussions, including presenting as the lead analyst and answering questions clearly
Familiarity with the responsible industry (or asset class) and rated entities, with understanding of industry trends and credit quality changes, and personal insights
Understanding and strict execution of company policies and standard operating procedures; willingness to take on other assigned tasks
Professional ethics, self-driven pursuit of success, open and positive mindset
Strong project organization and management abilities, attention to detail, ability to ensure accuracy while meeting deadlines
Strong time management and stress resistance abilities

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of senior analysts, assist in completing all or part of related research work
Prepare reports and models (financial modeling, capital assessment, cash flow models) for credit rating committee review
Participate in credit rating committee discussions, including introducing rated entities as the main analyst and answering questions
Analyze complex information timely, logically, and in-depth
Apply S&P methodologies and models accurately; contribute to their development and improvement as needed
