Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 6-8 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles. Proficiency in Python and relevant packages, along with hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM frameworks like Langchain and WatsonxAI, is essential. Familiarity with development tools such as VSCode, PyCharm, Git, and JIRA, a strong understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques, and experience with visualization tools like Power BI are also required. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

This role involves contributing to the GenAI and analytics lifecycle, including implementation, testing, validation, documentation, monitoring, and reporting. Responsibilities include identifying process improvement opportunities, designing agentic applications for analytics teams, and working with LLMOps and MLOps frameworks for real-time AI/ML model deployment and monitoring. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Data Supply, Product, Governance, PMO, and Technology to deliver analytical solutions is also a key aspect of this position.
