Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles. Strong programming skills in Pyspark, Python, R, and SQL are essential for data manipulation and statistical analysis. Proficiency in Python packages and tools, along with sound knowledge and proven experience in applying Statistical and Machine Learning techniques, is required. Experience with GenAI tools and techniques, including model development, is necessary. Experience in the BFSI domain and statistical modeling/validation is advantageous. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will work across a range of Analytical Solutions, including design, development, validation, calibration, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. They will generate analytical insights by performing multiple analyses using tools such as Python, Pyspark, Hadoop, and SQL. The role involves developing predictive solutions using advanced statistical techniques and supporting GenAI initiatives. Responsibilities include utilizing the latest data science techniques in supervised and unsupervised machine learning, NLP, and developing new capabilities. The analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI techniques, collaborating with technology teams for implementation and working with stakeholders to provide additional analysis based on specific needs.
