Requirements

Client-focused professional skilled at balancing relationship management with rigorous operational detail
Highly organized, able to manage multiple client relationships and transaction workflows in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial acumen or demonstrated ability to quickly master complex market dynamics
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed, or able to obtain shortly after joining

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing their experience and guiding them through the Hiive platform and secondary market
Build trust and rapport with clients by providing clear, actionable market insights
Support the team and customers through the transaction lifecycle via email, phone, or live chat, from initial inquiry and onboarding to execution and closing, ensuring all legal, compliance, and operational requirements are met
Conduct detailed reviews of transaction documentation and platform data to maintain accuracy and minimize errors
Partner with operations, legal, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver efficient, timely closings
Source and qualify new clients (both buyers and sellers) through outreach, referrals, and platform activity, driving engagement and platform liquidity
Track pipeline activity and transaction metrics with precision, ensuring high standards for speed, compliance, and client satisfaction
Become a Hiive platform expert, seamlessly guiding customers through their journey and providing customer support at any stage
