Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
  • Proven experience in business process services and data analysis
  • Proficiencies in data manipulation and interpretation
  • Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft’s Power Platform
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • Employees located within 25 miles of a DXC office or client site will be required to work onsite at minimum 2 times per week

  • Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively
  • Stay informed about industry trends related to customer experience
