Responsibilities

Plan, oversee, and prepare studies based on client requirements such as but not limited to market studies, feasibility studies, highest and best use studies
Spearhead research efforts needed for assigned projects and manage surveys, in depth interviews and other research processes including conducting field work as needed
Research for database and ad hoc projects (primary and secondary research, field work, encoding)
Analyse data to generate market insights and trends, provide concepts, recommendations, and strategies to aid clients with their decision-making process
Model project financials for various sectors (residential, office, and others)
Analysis of data (pivot database, generate insights)
Report Preparation and Client presentation
Subcon Management
