Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan, oversee, and prepare studies based on client requirements such as but not limited to market studies, feasibility studies, highest and best use studies
  • Spearhead research efforts needed for assigned projects and manage surveys, in depth interviews and other research processes including conducting field work as needed
  • Research for database and ad hoc projects (primary and secondary research, field work, encoding)
  • Analyse data to generate market insights and trends, provide concepts, recommendations, and strategies to aid clients with their decision-making process
  • Model project financials for various sectors (residential, office, and others)
  • Analysis of data (pivot database, generate insights)
  • Report Preparation and Client presentation
  • Subcon Management
