Experience in alternative investments and RIA channels
Ability to drive sales of alternative investment strategies with targeted RIAs and financial advisors
Skills in prospecting new relationships and managing an alternative sales pipeline
Proficiency in presenting alternative capabilities to financial advisors, RIAs, and investors
Capability to collaborate with generalist coverage teams, wealth management, retirement, and partner teams (e.g., Oak Hill Advisors)
Experience educating and training TRP's generalist sales teams on alternative strategies
Ability to utilize data infrastructure to identify, aggregate, and prioritize sales targets in assigned territory
Proficiency in documenting and updating CRM (Salesforce) for data integrity
Willingness to work in field sales role with location flexibility in Atlanta, Chicago, or San Francisco territories

Responsibilities

Drive sales of alternative investment strategies with target advisors in assigned region
Collaborate with generalist coverage teams to identify sales opportunities and deepen relationships with existing advisors
Prospect new relationships to directly drive sales across alternative products
Support training and education efforts with various T. Rowe Price distribution teams on alternative investments
Utilize existing data infrastructure to identify, aggregate, and prioritize targets of opportunity (current clients and prospects) within the assigned territory and segment
Appropriately document and update CRM (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and deepen expertise
