Responsibilities

The Senior AI Specialist will deploy and customize AI/ML solutions using platforms such as Google AI, AWS SageMaker, and other cloud-based tools, design and implement models for predictive analytics, semantic parsing, topic modeling, and information extraction, enhance customer journey analytics to identify actionable insights, build and maintain AI pipelines, conduct advanced data preprocessing and cleaning, analyze large-scale datasets, evaluate and improve the quality of video and audio content using AI-based techniques, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams, support and mentor team members, document workflows, and stay current with emerging AI/ML trends.
