Sales AI Instructor - EMEA

Position Overview

We are seeking an outstanding Sales AI Instructor with expertise in AI data center workloads and technologies to join NVIDIA’s Channel enablement team. In this role, you will own the delivery of sales content supporting NVIDIA's channel partners. This individual is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of sales training workshops for a large EMEA channel community passionate about selling NVIDIA’s AI enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Complete sales trainings on a yearly EMEA Channel enablement plan, aligned with and in support of the NVIDIA growth strategy. This includes Products, Solutions, and Processes for all EMEA regions, reflecting a balance between broad channel landscape engagement and deep dives for selected Partners and/or Communities.
  • Partner closely with NVIDIA’s Sales and Vertical specialists, partner organization, product, and technical marketing teams to ensure that partner field sales teams have the knowledge and skills vital to optimally position, recommend, and implement NVIDIA AI solutions.
  • Conduct face-to-face and remote training sessions for NVIDIA’s customers and partners, with a willingness to travel up to 75% as the need arises.
  • Execute the NVIDIA 5 Star AI Advisor Training Program and related Trainings.
  • Work together with the broader ecosystem and external companies to present a complete story.
  • Deliver a strong Channel Partner value proposition for all types of Channel Partners within the NVIDIA Partner Network (such as Solution Providers, Solution Integration Partners, Distributors, Advisors, Global System Integrators, and more).
  • Work with Marketing, Regional, and BU leaders to build a top-rated channel program in EMEA.

Requirements

  • Team-focused working style and a "push forward" mentality.
  • Experience in completing Channel Enablement programs on an EMEA level.
  • Excellent training, presentation, and moderation skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand very technical solutions and how they can be positioned for Channel Partners.
  • Adapt knowledge and presentation styles to different audiences promptly.
  • Support global GTM strategy with a perfect training match.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales field experience, with at least 5 years in data center-related technologies supporting AI, such as storage, networking, or accelerated computing.
  • Training delivery experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional European Languages would be preferable.

  • History of completing EMEA-wide Channel enablement Trainings.
