A strong publication record in top-tier ML venues or demonstrable impactful experimental work is required, along with hands-on experience in large-scale model training, transformer architectures, reinforcement learning techniques, and CUDA. The ideal candidate is curiosity-driven, self-directed, able to explain complex ideas to non-experts, and a team player who welcomes feedback and knowledge-sharing.
The Senior AI Research Scientist will explore workflow-aware planning, cost-optimized RAG, tool-use evaluation, and multi-agent collaboration. Responsibilities include prototyping and benchmarking models, presenting findings internally and externally, collaborating with Product & Engineering to ship research-backed features, and contributing to open-source repositories and authoring technical blogs.
