  • Ability to evaluate creative quality and production viability, considering factors like visual coherence, brand tone, and product representation
  • Comfortable documenting workflows, sharing learnings, and guiding junior colleagues in best practices for integrating AI into creative pipelines
  • Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and excited by future-forward creative production

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best in class still and motion based visual assets across content formats to drive customer inspiration, engagement, and conversion, ensuring consistency and adherence with Zalando image and creative language
  • Contribute to testing and optimisation of content production processes with AI tooling to create customer relevant and inspiring visual content
  • Collaborate with the content strategy team to understand new trends and deliver fast turnaround, highly relevant, and customer centric content, balancing quick iteration with thoughtful testing
  • Document progress and learnings to help the team evaluate creative quality, speed, scalability, and output consistency
  • Collaborate with the Creative Partner Network team and support external partners with the rollout of newly confirmed AI production formats
  • Provide ongoing feedback and performance insights to refine content execution processes
